No UK plug. Item arrived timely but there was no UK plug so I couldn't use it until I sourced an EU converter plug at additional cost. I know there is a lot of information on the listing and it says EU plug, but I thought that meant as an added extra. It didn't cross my mind that a UK seller would sell to a UK buyer an item not for the UK. It would have been courteous if the seller had just sent me a quick message to say 'was I aware that it was not for UK use unless buying a converter plug.'

    Out of date and broken

    Out of date and faulty product. The top of the dispenser was broken. The liquid had spilled and looked very murky. There was no scent either. Will not buy again.
