Beide Autoren rekurrieren in ihren Ausfuhrungen auf die Bestimmungen der Allgemeinen Erklarung der Menschenrechte und leisten somit eine komparative Betrachtungsweise von menschenrechtlichen Paradigmen und ethisch-moralischen Grundwerten des Islams.
