We dont sell old used sets of lights with burn marks, missing lens ect, and we were returned their old parts, but ebay does not care about feedback extortion anymore apparently, so we get to lose the money and get negative feedback on this one I guess.

They refunded our money when the product didn’t work and they were upside down with return shipping. So this left them in a position of being out the product and the shipping and returning the product on their dime didn’t make sense. They refunded our money anyway. I had to request an address to ship them back at my expense which was clearly the right thing to do. The Manufacturer is somewhat to blame by not updating the part number.
