I have been told 20 days after ordering ( I had to chase them) that they will not be dispatching my order for a further 170 due to eBay holding funds. So DO NOT ORDER!!!! And the took 3 days to respond to my messages and offered £5 off if I ordered direct with them!!!

In this instance we had an issue with eBay and unfortunately it has caused a slight delay to the dispatch of your order however your original estimate delivery date was 21st May - So the order was not yet late and would have been on time. Even so, we offered £20 off as a goodwill gesture - We didn't need to make this offer as your order was not yet late. In future, please check the estimated arrival time and DO NOT place the order unless you are happy with the estimate arrival time.

Item stated new, serial number showed item replaced. Seller was not helpful and quite rude. I returned the item for a refund but the seller didn't refund me and ignored my message asking for the refund after they received the item back. I had to get Ebay to step in to issue the refund.

Perhaps you typed the serial number in incorrectly, as all of our products are new direct from the wholesaler. It appears to me that you wanted to use the pencil and then return it and get a refund, and our store was the unlucky target.
