The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

    Personal usage

    I have been using this roll for a number of years. I use it in cake making: lining tins/bases. General roasting & baking in tins I cut a sheet which allows the sheet to sit in tin and rise up all around. After roasting/baking sheets can be easily washed and allow tins to stay grease free

    lightweight multi-purpose cooking aid. wouldn't be without it!

    great value long roll which i cut into 3 pieces. fantastic for using on aga plates for toast, crumpets etc and great for baking pizzas. would thoroughly recommend this product.

    Re-useable and saves time

    We use Bake-o-glide as a BBQ griddle liner. The food doesn't stick , it saves lots of grease ending up in the bottom of the BBQ, and it cleans so easily. This must be our 4th or 5th sheet over the years - what did we do before Bake-o-glide. We love it.
