They gave me a broken item, I asked for a refund but they are hesitant to even buy me a return label or give me my full refund. they want my personal PayPal account to send me the refund instead of through ebay which very suspicious. I want a full refund which they still have not given and they want me to close the return so they have "more time" to sort it out which I do not trust. Please can you give me my full refund
