Absolutely disappointing.. item was delivered very quickly, but when it arrived the item inside the box (the box had no signs of damage at all) it was broken. The plastic boxes were cracked and broken, into small pieces. Also the attachments for the engraver are all too fat for the engraver, they do not fit it. Nothing in the instructions either.. totally pointless purchase.
