The Curry Secret
was unsure at first as to believe the hype but after trying the sauce method I was surprised how well it came out would have given it 5 stars but when making the sauce it said about skimming the froth off the top of the final sauce but I did not see any so book was very specific about this but never said anything about when you don't see it but made bhuna chicken masala and was not spicy but very good just need to clear the freezer to make room for more saucewas unsure at first as to believe the hype but after trying the sauce method I was surprised how well it came out would have given it 5 stars but when making the sauce it said about skimming the froth off the top of the final sauce but I did not see any so book was very specific about this but never said anything about when you don't see it but made bhuna chicken masala and was not spicy but very good just need to clear the freezer to make room for more sauce
