    Good machine once you get used to it

    Overall very happy with purchase, no milk frothing jug included which was a shame! Machine took quite a while to get used to and all I can is thank god for you tube as no basic instructions come with these machines, everything is online. Anyway I can now make a decent cappuccino.

    Semi Automatic

    Great improvement on previous coffee maker as many different types of coffee drinks, even having stronger, weaker, longer or shorter drinks. Being semi automatic you need to get used to how to change things rather than doing it manually. Descaling seems more complex, but that's progress I guess. Great product but more sophisticated usage takes time to become competent.

    Really good coffee maker, only downside that I have experienced is the descale function which is tricky to apply and made worse with limited info in instruction manual
