Purchased item on 6th November estimated Delivery was 11th. Didn’t manage to get a response from the seller until 12th where they said they’d then send it out.
It says it was sent out on the 13th and yet now on the 19th it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking number doesn’t work even now, which would suggest it’s bogus and therefore STILL hasn’t been sent out.
Seller less than helpful, all they were interested in was closing the case, rather than dealing with the issue.
Very sour taste left.
