Seller advertised shoes as 9.5 D US size Georgio palm Beach. Seller was out of town when purchased and claimed seller advertised that seller would be out of town until 2/24; there was no such notice that I could find in the ad. Seller has been in possession of my funds the whole time; today they were delivered and cannot possibly be worn by myself as they are one full size too large. I am seeking moneyback guarantee from eBay in case seller refuses to accept the return

My endless pages of positive feedback speaks for itself. I don’t feel this feedback was deserved. Buyer purchased item evening of 2/20 while I had out of town alert on all my listings. I shipped on the fourth business day 2/26 after returning. Regarding sizing, I have been selling many other shoes from this label, no other complaints. We all know sometimes items bought online don’t always fit. Returns are welcomed & was processed promptly. Negative feedback was left before even opening a return.
