Pained to leave this feedback, as the service was pretty good. Delivered as described, in specified timeframe and delivered with care. Shame that it arrived unfit for purpose though. Plumbed in and test rinse carried out, opened door and big plumbe of smoke and burning smell. Drum rubbing on seal. Was a customer return but clearly their 'repurpose team' leave a lot left to be desired. Spoke to AO who don't do repairs, assured me it was checked over. Yeah alright, sorry.......but that don't wash!

    Performance very good but with a couple of problems

    The instructions are designed for kitchen fitters- not your average DIY enthusiast. There is a chrome nut that secures the glass hood to the main body. It will not sit flush. Whilst generally quite, there is a irritating noise that sound like there is a bit of grit or something in the body . I like the fact that it has a 150mm extract which is far more efficient than the 100 mm ones I have seen.

    Really nice modern cooker hood

    Looks very modern with touch sensitive controls and extremely powerful on the boost setting. No mechanical buttons to trap grease and the contacts to wear and no clicks. Bright LED spot lights either side. Fitting is similar to any other hood, but maybe left to a competent person rather than someone who has no idea on DIY. Pleased I chose this one.

    Cheap. Does what it says on the tin. Perfect.
