    First, what I received was a PDF, yet there is absolutely no notice in the description that I would not be receiving an original paper document. So poor description. Next, for an item that is received by getting a link via email, shipping should be $0 since the seller incurred no shipping charges. So poor on that. The seller did respond quickly and the scan of the document was high quality. So I'm OK with what I got.
