Extremely disappointing experience, since the seller gave items away for which I paid for in advance before I could collect them, although a refund was issued it doesn't make good on the lost opportunity that I feel robbed.

Apologies again to disappoint you. Unfortunately the items were given to another buyer in error as i was in hospital having a baby at the time. As you say, as soon as I realised the error i issued a full refund immediately.
