Seller listed as "Unlocked" but phone was locked to Vodafone. Messaged seller on 11th Jan (seller replied). Messaged again 24th as still locked (no reply), 25th (no reply), 26th (seller replied). Messaged again 27th (no reply), 31st (no reply), 2nd Feb (twice) - no reply. Phone still locked to Vodafone as of today so have had to pay for unlocking myself exactly 1 month after purchasing item.
