I unfortunatly had a minor issue which was nothing to do with the seller personally
I mentioned it to the seller and he took ownershop of my issue and corrected for me to make sure the item I bought was perfect for me and as I said NOT his fault

Unfortunately the box arrived shakes through and one item of the three was water damaged. Following some productive dialogue with the seller a partial refund of 20% was agreed after an initial offer of a full return, which I did not want as the remaining items were as expected. Shipped with EVRi. Postage was 9.95 and I think other services are available cheaper for the size of box (royal mail medium parcel). I've rated as neutral as the overall outcome I am satisfied with. Pictures below.
