Arrived and looked like box has been jumped on several times. Battered to hell . Seller not being helpful and despite saying no returns, now wants me to pay and send it back . I would avoid . Wasnt packaged up properly . Should have been put inside a bigger box , everyone knows how parcels are thrown about . Says the contents would be fine..really ? Probably all smashed up inside too with the state of this 🤬

Although my page states no returns - in this instance I have offered a refund on return of the item but seller is refusing to do so. The item was packaged securely but it appears the package was damaged by Royal Mail. The box may be battered but the lego will be fine. The seller has opened an ebay dispute so i feel it is unfair to leave negative feedback without the matter being resolved.

A lie. I have not refused to return it at all. I have said if she pays the return postage and sorts out someone to pick it up i will return it. Why should i give a child a gift like this . How does she know the lego inside isnt broken either. Considering it looks like its been stamped on and thrown all over , that is very possible. At 70 years old i think she is being unreasonable by aski g me to go a 36 mile trip to post it . Bad packaging is her problem , not mine‼️. No issues anyone else
