Waited a week, seller cancels 2hrs before delivery, citing faulty product. Another unit in their shop: identical spec, same price. They refuse to fulfil my order with it. The excuse: someone's coming to look, if they don't buy it I'll let you know. I've parted with cash, they could satisfy my order, but don't. I point out the item's on Buy It Now, the other buyer must know it could be sold. No, they're on Facebook. No EB fee. I suspect it's already sold. Refund received, but very poorly handled.

Extremely difficult buyer, who behaved like a spoilt child when told his order couldn't be fulfilled. Immediate refund was given on request.

To date, a week after the published delivery date I have still not received my rower. Once my order had been placed and I believe my funds transferred to the seller that the rower would be 10 days late due to the seller being on holiday.
The seller then chose the cheapest and most unreliable courier who gave the window as 9 to 6 and they still failed to deliver. Seller very much off hand basically tough luck

The item in question was damaged by the courier in transit and had to be returned to me. The buyer was informed of this and understandably asked for a refund, which was issued immediately.
