The scanner got damaged during shipment, unfortunately, but the seller gave me a 100% refund and said I didn’t need to return it. Very trustworthy seller and would buy from him again. I just wish delivery people were more careful with big heavy boxes! It was packaged safely and securely, but I think it just got shaken up too much.
