      Adequate For The Job

      2003 1.6 leon mk1 with inconsistent temp gauge but car engine heated normally, never overheating. Online advice pointed to engine coolant sensor. Due to age of car decided to try this less than1/3 price of vw part and so far so good. Worked instantly and changed part myself and re topped coolant lost so further saving. Car back to normal and burning less fuel so happy all round.

      So far so good.

      I have only had this in the car for a very short time so I have no idea of quality or longevity. However, it was the perfect replacement for my AudiTT mk1. Looked identical to the original and displayed temperature spot on. Took a chance with this because of the price and not disappointed so far.
