Firstly this jumper I know is NOT felted. Having washed it by hand in cold water, the jumper needed a little stretch at the hem only and I offered £5 discount if the buyer wished to do this, or I would happily have given a full refund. I thought we were trying to sort things out, but buyer escalated things to eBay before things could be resolved. A full refund will be issued for this item to ensure the buyer is satisfied.
