A brand that I can rely on for consistent high quality
The Verbatim discs in my experience over the last 10+ years have been the most reliable and trouble-free. On this example it's CD for audio or the saving/storing of bulk files backed up. I've never had a bad one from Verbatim in that it doesn't reject a 'write' routing due to corrupt sectors that the software cant read from or write to. Also when making an audio CD that is a copy of a bought one to share with relatives or to back up an Audio CD when lending the original to a friend - always find the copy on a Verbatim disc will play in my own and other CD players. This is not always the case with other makes. So given the value of these CDs and their equivalent DVD blanks I can depend on them to work. Can't say better than that. It is worth mentioning that even properly created Audio ... The Verbatim discs in my experience over the last 10+ years have been the most reliable and trouble-free. They all work without problem or fault.
After using a few well-known brands of DVD and CDs for data and audio, I tried Verbatim CDS after some happy experience with Verbatim DVDs. I have now burnt data and audio to 4 of these Verbatim CDs, with no problems whatsoever. Coupled with a very competitive price, I am impressed.

Work in my car player
The blanks with a sort of sprayed on surface were no good for me a s the surface bubbles with a small amount of heat from my car player. These disks have much better protection on the surface and so work well in the car. Good price on eBay too.
