    Item didn’t get posted despite my immediate payment and after 2 weeks an apology arrived saying on holiday and they’ll send plus they’d refund the postage. I was very happy with that and closed the matter with eBay. Item never arrived, no communication so had to contact eBay for refund. Claire in customer service was 1st class as I could provide a communication trail. Will never use this beater again, I would describe as a scammer and advise others not to use/buy from. Absolutely rubbish ebayer
