Seller cancelled order 6 days after placing order without having the decency to even contact me; blamed courier for not collecting but couldn't even supply tracked service details (funny that), then Ebay for cancelling (which is complete rubbish). If you want your time wasted, no communications and zero customer service........ then look no further than this seller. Even had the nerve to telll me they will not sell me any more dog food (am I missing something??)

Not one to be trusted. seller advertised and displayed photograph of Silvikrin Classic. before ordering I messaged asking for confirmation that it wasnt Frizz Control version, seller responded "as in photo" then sent Frizz control which my wife has severe allergic reaction to. Requested refund seller stated its the same product in a different tin and refused refund but Wella confirm that formula is different to classic. Seller adbised of this but still refused refund. Ebay case opened
