The wrong item sold in the right box. It took me a while to realise this was an older model than advertised and I spent a long time trying to get it to work before I realised that the model number on the unit was different from the model number on the box and different from the ad, although the routers looked very similar. I immediately sent it back and the refund was prompt, but the whole experience was frustrating.
