Despite ordering cool white colour I received multicoloured. Contacted seller who immediately responded apologising and offering a full refund to return item or partial refund and keep item. The box does clearly say Cool White though. I accepted partial refund and kept them as they are still lovely. Very nice bright colours and couldn’t fault seller as was very quick to resolve concern.
