Described as new and sealed,it arrived sealed but in poor condition with brown paper and thin card for protection. I contacted the seller he advised he uses x-ray for internal damage .I can only assume damaged in transit.Seller states condition in listing I cannot find. I stated if photos were shown buyer's would see condition.Seller doesn't except returns .I would not purchased this at any price see condition Is this a responsible seller ? I now need eBay to assist then I can buy again

This item is not ‘perfect’, the packaging was described as ‘damaged’ and I accepted that. But internal product creased and dirty. Poor service. I’d like a refund.
