Changed my inner life
I suffered from depression and this book helped me accept and let go of my negative thinking, in combination with other reading on mindfulness. But Eckhart really resonated with me because of his common sense approach, all that is important is the present moment! we are one with it. This has been a great relief to me, I wish they taught this in schools. I was never one for spirtiualism, but this is more of a philosophy than spiritualism to me.I suffered from depression and this book helped me accept and let go of my negative thinking, in combination with other reading on mindfulness. It's a self guide book which can help a person to take care of the every moment . Some parts might not make sense but if you reread it again in different stages of your life, you'll be enlightened. Just like the bible, sometimes you get new answers and reflections when you read it again. This book tells us the gift of NOW and that we have more influence with what is now.

Excellent book, love learning about new concepts.
If you are open to new concepts and new ways of thinking, I’d highly recommend this book. However, If you are not ready to “chill your brain” and are constantly rushing about at 150mph then it’s probably not for you just yet. It’s a great way of focusing yourself and trying not to let our busy thoughts take over. Give it a try 😊

The Power Of Now
I have read this book once already, and it is always by my side. Really helped open my eyes and made few changes in my life, for the better. Took 4 tries when i first read it as it was difficult to get my head round, but once i did i couldnt put it down. Really is a very good book to own. I will keep dipping in and out of it whenever i feel the need, and woukd recommend thus to anyone.
