Unfortunately the Christmas tree was wider than anticipated as it was advertised as slim line. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it which they said I could although postage had to be paid by myself. The parcel was despatched back but it took longer to deliver to the address that had been supplied but arrived safely on the Friday before Christmas. Therefore my refund took slightly longer due to the holidays. However the overall service was satisfactory.

The good points : - 1 ) Good looking design. 2 ) Pours really well with no spillage at all. So much better than my previous Russell Hobbs glass kettle which needed great care when pouring. 3 ) Great value. Only one downside---The handle, while it has a good grip, gets quite hot on the upper part. If the kettle is full I need to use my oven gloves to avoid scalding. Mine is rarely full so it is not a huge problem for me but may be quite serious for someone who frequently boils it full up.The good points : - 1 ) Good looking design. 2 ) Pours really well with no spillage at all. Rather dangerous product
If you hold the handle at the top when kettle has boiled, which I did scalding steam burned my hand. Very bad design fault, not impressed sorry.
