Avoid!!! Seller is claiming that got genuine UK sizes but its focus only on how long shoe is not about how wide it is, but using wide fit description. After purchase you realize that's not UK based but China, long wait, then around £10 for return. Then nonsense offers like 40-50% refund but give me a 5 star feedback, which is potentially against the policy. We lost some money so its a fraud which we are going to report.

the item arrived, even though I cancelled it- it arrived very badlycreased in a very small packet - the item was unlined and too small. I was going to send it back, but the seller offered me a 30% refund - to keep it I agreed to as the postage back to China tracked would be very costly.I have tried to alter the item to make it fit but this has not really helped - and I am STILL waiting for the refund. they say they will not give it to me unless I give them a 5 star rating !! Please advise.

After some discussion they gave me a full refund and said to keep the boots, or give them to charity, which I did do and that was good service. However, the image of the boot does not match what I received. There was no Cuban heel, no stitched sole and a much smaller harness ring. Therefore a rating of 3 as the item in no way matches the image.
