Arrived in poor condition. Due solely to the negligent lack of any packaging. Just placed in a grey plastic bag. Not good enough and showed complete lack of respect for the buyer and product. I asked for a new case to replace cracked one just offered partial refund or " return". Had me over a barrel as the CD is very hard to source and isn't cheap. So had no choice but to accept the partial refund. Not happy at all! Poor service in every regard.

Final end to a memorable series
Having followed series 1-6 on television , I was intrigued to know the series ended . I wasn't disappointed as all the loose ends had been tied up . The final episode was very moving . I thoroughly enjoyed . Only downside was that the first cd kept on freezing which was frustrating !

By far the best television series ever
We have enjoyed this series so much, we are planning a trip to Scotland. The shots of the scenery in this series are incredible. The story line is fun and the characters become family. And unlike alot of other series, a show that the whole family can watch and enjoy. I cannot say enough about Monarch of the Glen. The MacDonald's and extended family will be missed.
