Disappointed with packing, especially given "As new condition - only used briefly" description.
The holder weighs over 1kg and ships as new in a box; it arrived bubble wrapped. Condition ok, but less than 'as new'. The metal bar had punctured the bubble wrap and was sticking out of the package. Mounting bolts were in a small bag not attached to another part; luckily they had not fallen out.
There were no wall mounting screws, anchors or instructions.
Contacted 'harry_uk', but no reply.
