This Wii remote bought with Wii steering wheel & a refund offered to combine postage but was never paid. Wii remote worked but only intermittently & not at all when inserted into the steering wheel, notified seller asking for a replacement, their response was questioning what I was saying making me feel like a fraud, I returned the item straight away & requested a replacement but one was never sent & a refund was issued which was not what I asked for. Not a very good seller here but refunded.

We always question any electrical/console item that is reported as faulty, as we have been the victims of people sending back there faulty items and keeping our items and then having a full refund, hence getting a working item for free. I explained that we mark our goods with UV, and once checked that the same item is returned we will send a refund which we did. Ebay did not give the option to send a replacement, it only gives the refund or not too refund option. So we refunded.

As discussed when you originally reported the defect, I explained that I would be out looking to source a replacement, this was made very clear to you. Unfortunately we did not find a replacement, and a full refund was issued.
