Item’s as described. Fast shipping. Over priced shipping cost. Well wrapped. Badly packed: packed 2 x 10” vases into a shoe box and 2 x 6” vases + 1 clock into another shoe box, the result is: 1 10” vase is smashed and there is a small hairline on 1 6” vase base. Fast response to the messages. Blamed on postal workers. Offered the partial refund the day before eBay step in and apologised in the last message.
