    Works well within its known limitations to achieve reasonable results.

    It was in the condition advertised and, as far as I've used it so far, it functions as per the manual. The reviews I'd seen pointed out that the interface isn't exactly intuitive, but it's easy enough to learn its functions by following the Quick Start examples in the manual. The results sound okay via headphones.

    Great fun easy to use

    I would recommend this digital recorder to any aspiring musician. Adding one track on top of another allows even me to start to sound good, then bringing a voice in adds to the fun. I am very pleased with the TASCAM DP 006.

    Tascam DP 006 multi tracker

    Great wee tool to jot down ideas on the go and enough tracks to polish them up a bit before presenting them to the band. Great price, great quality easy to use even for a 63 year old Luddite like me.

    Easy to use with great sound quality.

    Used it to record a rehearsal and was impressed with the results. The sound quality was amazing while just using the condenser mics. Tried it at home with the line inputs and it sounded even better.

    Brilliant for getting those ideas that come from nowhere down quickly and easily! The mic quality is brilliant for accoustic work. However I was so impressed with the dp006 quality that I sold it..but only so I could get the dp008ex. 006 is Perfect for a sketchpad but recommend the 008 for something a bit more in production.
