I love it as before every time i had some crumbs on my wooden floor i had to withdraw Hetty from under stairs, connect lead, then make sure nothings fall off on my floor. Now its super easy no matter how big mess. I recommend all attachments as otherwise people stay in other comments its not good for carpets. Ofc it's not good of you don't have carpet attachment otherwise its way better than normal vacuum as carpet pile is being lifted by brush. Must be a Dyson!
This is my fifth dyson. My second V10. So easy to use. I have pets so need something, light to carry and easy to use, that picks up fur/hair easily. I have tried other brands but although a dyson is more expensive, it's well worth the money.
