      Taste Is Really Good

      These noodles are amazing. You have to soak in lime juice and baking soda to make them tender, and they make great stir Fry.

      Tastes, looks, and feels like plastic

      It says on the package that it is made in California, so I would expect that it's not plastic (or that it's not really from California) but everything about it looks, tastes, and feels like plastic. It even reacts like plastic if it is stretched. It is crunchy and gross, in spite of being packaged in water. There is nothing about it that is soft, even after trying to soak or cook it. It's like a much thicker, clear barbie doll hair. I heavily regret having purchased it. I bought 3 packages for $20 here on Ebay. This will unfortunately be going in the trash. It's hard to feel as though what you're eating is healthy when it feels like you're eating thick plastic doll hair. I really did try everything, including soaking it in something acidic to see if it'd get softer. Nothing ...

      Pricey, but keto-friendly

      For a carb-free, zero calorie alternative to pasta, these are great. However, the last batch I got never really softened like they used to. They stayed pretty crunchy. Also, the price went up so much. I used to buy these for less than two bucks per package.

      My favorite sea veggie!

      This is my most favorite sea veggie! Please, don't worry about their "plastic" appearance. The moment you soak them in liquid (personally, I prefer salad made of watery tomatoes and other vegetables), they become nice and soft, resembling boiled rice noodles. With the only exception that they are gluten-free and way healthier!
