Ce travail a eu comme objectif d' tudier la pollution des sols et des cha nes alimentaires avec des pesticides organochlor s(POC), produits utilis s en grandes quantit s pendant plusieurs ann es en R publique de Moldavie. Une fructueuse collaboration avec l'Universit Claude Bernard Lyon1 et le laboratoire Groupe Carso, nous a permit d'analyser les r sidus de POC dans nos chantillons. Nous avons tudi les sols autour des entrep ts de stockage de pesticides et leur migration en aval des sites. Nous avons tudi et d termin que les POC s'accumulent dans les cha nes alimentaires: dans les produits v g taux, les poissons et les produits alimentaires d'origine animale (oeufs et cr mes). Nous avons trouv que les concentrations de POC d passent les normes europ ennes dans beaucoup d' chantillons. Ces donn es indiquent que la contamination de produits alimentaires avec de pesticides est le r sultat de l'interdiction de l'utilisation du DDT et du HCH en agriculture et dans le domaine de la sant publique. Nous avons conclu que les anciens entrep ts sont la source principale de pollution de diff rents cosyst mes - donc des mesures de d contamination des sites sont mettre en place.
