    - Within the UK Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear.
     
     
    - We obtain Proof Of Posting for all parcels sent. If you would like to insure your parcel, please let us know or see available alternative postage options usually given in the listing.
     
    - We do not send parcels to PO BOX addresses. If an item is purchased and the buyer's delivery address is a PO BOX, the item will be cancelled by the seller. Exceptions can be made if an alternative residential delivery address can be provided by the buyer.
     
    - Outside of UK Payment We would be happy to accept payment via the following methods: Paypal, personal check in American Dollars, Euros, or Australian Dollar or Money Orders that are negotiable within the UK. Postage Timescale Please allow up to two weeks for cheque clearance. We will send items paid for by other methods within 3 days of receipt of payment. Our standard shipping option is via Royal Mail airmail. Surface mail is also available; please e-mail us for more details.
     
    - Overseas buyers not covered by Ebay's Global Shipping Program are responsible for paying any additional customs tax/duties should they be added when parcels are received into your country.
     
     
    - All postage costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item, including packaging, as per the UK Royal Mail or other courier's published costs. They also include packing materials used to ship your item as well as fuel costs when driving items to be posted. Buyers accept these additional costs when buying any items.
     
     
    -Buyer understands and agrees that pre-order items are not 100% guaranteed due to possible cancellations or stock limitation from manufacturer/distributor. Seller will give full refund only in the event of cancellation/limitation at the manufacturer/distribution level (i.e. once we have had official word that the item has definitely been cancelled at their end).
     
    -Buyer agrees to wait for pre-order items regardless of any delays beyond the estimated date as shown in the item listing.
     
    - Pre-Order cancellations by the buyer are not allowed after one hour of purchase. Ebay's rules state that the buyer is entitled to cancel any orders up to one hour of purchase. Any pre-order cancellation requests within the waiting period after this time will be denied. If the buyer wishes to return the item for a refund they must wait until the item is received and then send it back within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the rules of distance selling laws.
     
    - Buyer understands and agrees that the seller is not responsible for any losses or damages for posted items. Buyer must choose a tracked and signed for delivery option if they wish to protect themselves from potential loss or damage in the post.
     
    -Buyers agree to provide satisfactory photographic evidence of items before refund/partial refund will be considered upon return of the said item.
