Su estatus aparece como “entregado”, pero aún no lo recibo. Trato de rastrear su trayecto pero en todas las páginas de rastreo aparece como entregado. Daré como tiempo límite la fecha que me marco como fecha tentativa de entrega para cancelar el pedido y el reembolso.
