Quick delivery - Camera works, however original battery provided does not. Listing stated 'tested and fully working', no mention of faulty battery - description was untrustworthy as seller admitted not testing the original battery. Seller offered £2 refund, however does not cover for a replacement which is £10+. Seller offered full refund for return however camera is required for upcoming family events. Seller was unwilling to offer any alternative

Thanks for your the feedback. I'm sorry the original battery that came with the camcorder 20 years ago does not work, however I'm not prepared to refund you 40% of my selling price, especially when the 2nd one is working and holding charge well and you have 4 BN digital tapes that retail for a minimum £24 on here. It was a genuine oversight and in hindsight I should not have listed it with the old battery. As discussed please return it all for a full refund.
