My neighbour mentioned that her husband was taking this to help with arthritis in his shoulder as it was very painful. I was suffering with aching limbs, struggling when getting in and out of my car and up and down stairs. Not sure if it was being caused by the menopause? I’m still very active and do a very physical job and have to be up and out sometimes by 3am to get to work at the airport. I decided to try it and at the beginning I was forgetting to take it, however, I got myself a routine and take it with my breakfast each morning. I have now taken it for over Two months and the results are amazing! I’m back to my normal self, walking faster and no waking up with aces and pains in the morning. It absolutely works but it doesn’t kick in until you’ve taken it for a couple of months. ... That said, arthritis is a fairly recent affliction so I am nowhere near as badly affected as I know some people are so the jury is still out. I've certainly noticed NO side effects. The price also seems to fluctuate. It works!
I have used this product, usually from a high street health food chain, for a while and it certainly seems to help alleviate arthritic pain in my feet. When I ran out and went for a while without any, the pain returned. Placebo? I don’t think so, but even if it is, who cares how it works if the pain reduces. An excellent product at a very good price.
