    Truly worth watching, but not for young children.

    Excellent movie! Deals with an historical event. Very compelling and well told. Heart-warming while also heart-wrenching. It doesn't directly deal with racism, but it shows some aspects of what was believed by several different groups at the time. Truly worth watching, but not for young children.

    Story of Illegal Slave-Trade

    Even though it is fictionalized, it speaks of an almost forgotten incident of American history. It did not stand as a landmark case on the issue of slavery. But, it was significant. Most people don’t know don’t know how difficult slavery was for the nation.
