I ordered two sample packs of the materials as I had all ready bought two covers and wanted to match up some other cover with them first lot never arrived , I was issued a refund , then again the second lot never arrived I’m still waiting to hear off the seller. It may be the courier but the seller never got back to me to try and resolve the issue

Terrible seller agreed to send another one as zip broken. They were all a bit dodgy. I waited weeks Christine said she would send and didn't want faulty one back tho I opened a returned to send faulty one back!! In meantime she promised a replacement which I never received. I had a partial refund. EBAY are Terrible and don't hold any care for buyers. There is no regard for you anymore forget the money back guarantee as there isn't one!!
