I have bought a brand new item still in its original packaging
that I wanted and at a very good price. The item arrived safely via Parcel Force, but later in the week than I had expected. If the seller had followed the usual process by marking the item as dispatched and adding the Carrier and tracking information then it would have been a great eBay transaction and the seller's poor communication would have not concerned me.
