The item was exactly as advertised, a brand new boot cover for my Mercedes GLC which needed replacement. The seller packed the item really well as I asked, to avoid breakage at the extremities which are the weakest part of the cover. I am very happy with it and thank you Beetlebaja very much indeed. It's been a pleasure dealing with you.

I regret to say that after having paid for the item the same day of the offer was accepted, (5th July) Beetlebaja has so far failed (after a couple of reminders) and with various excuses to provide a feedback on me as a buyer. I find this behaviour unreasonable and detrimental to my own feedback history. It's impossible not to find the time two write a few words after nearly a month from the date of the order.
