Very professional and pleasant. Good communication, fast shipping and carefully packaged. I didn't expect to purchase it but I got good deal. The games appear to be in good condition. I tested a few but I'm mostly playing Sonic All stars racing transformed with my nephew. Only a few surprises. The original hard drive was replaced and the previous owner added custom firmware. The console fan does get a bit noisy but it works. It's not a video game store so I don't expect them to know the specs.
