I purchased a commercial milk steamer in the amount of $387.60. I received scrap metal salvage from a fire, 🔥 and covered in ash, so I contact the sellers and also uploaded the pics of the package and the scrap metal response was that belong to a client in Canada and I need to ship that there immediately or back to chain. I asked for prepaid label, and they refused to provide. I was told there will be no refund. I have reported them to PayPal.
