Came packaged well in boxes, well protected. However, the manual is not detailed. Also, it wasn’t stated in the description that it doesn’t come with UK plug. Had to buy an adapter, now the machine has only worked for 5mins, it won’t come on or roll. it’s tripping my electric and the seller refused to respond.
