eYou did not reach out to us to enquire if we can assist you. the cream you ordered was an original product and not a copy, maybe we could have assisted you with return packaging, but you did not ask anything from us, you just went for nesative feedback which is the very last thing you shouldp as a buyer as it reduces your ability to get things you want from any seller.
